The Strawberry Thief

The culmination of all the skills I’ve developed throughout my Film, TV, and Stage Design Course, which, along with all my past projects, earned me a First Class Honours.

For this project, I was required to create my own brief, of which I tasked myself to create a set for Joanne Harris’ novel The Strawberry Thief. I chose this novel because of the connection this story and its own writing style has with neurodivergence, and wanted to create something that took neurodivergence and made it something visual, much like the writing style in the novel reflects autism itself.

In doing so, I created a 3D model, of which I was able to create realistic renders, a white card model developed by my own hand-draughted technical drawings, and storyboards inspired by my A Murder Most Unladylike, Short Film project.
