A Murder Most Unladylike

The culmination of experience in storyboarding coming together to create an actual piece of film. I based this project on the wonderful Robin Stevens’ children’s murder mystery novels, A Murder Most Unladylike.

With a number of inspirations, such as Saul Bass and Andrea Kiss, I sought to create a concept title sequence for a potential movie or TV series based on the books, and was keen to keep to the style of the covers. This high contrast, almost abstract, style worked perfectly with my first initiation into animating.
