The Fortune Hotel

A series of visuals modelled in SketchUp and rendered with VRay, to recreate the existing Silversands Hotel, Grenada, to include new design choices and features, including new builds, furniture, and dressing, to better suit the theme of the show.

The model itself I was able to produce using the Designer, Catherine Land’s reference photos, recce measurements where possible, and the original tech drawings for the building to recreate the bedrooms and restaurant as one-to-one as possible. Any builds required from the model were then turned into tech drawings for construction.
